Rukan Tuike

The Rukan Tuike-kelohuvila is located in the Eastern Ruka region, in the immediate vicinity of Rukatunturi. The villa is half of a duplex property, where both cottages are separate buildings combined with a carport in between.

The year of the villa's completion is 2015 and the villa is 80 m2 in size. There are sleeping areas for 8 people in 4 different rooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and and 2 bedrooms on the loft (the roof is low in certain parts).

The location is great and within walking distance of the developing centre of Eastern Ruka.
The new gondola lift will take you over the mountain in a matter of minutes to the centre of Ruka. The nearby soon-to-be completed hotel property offers, for example, restaurant services.

You can go skiing on foot if you like. The distance to the elevators is about 300 meters. IN THE 2020-2021 PERIOD RUKAN TUIKE OFFERS ONE LIFT TICKET TO THE RENTER OF THE COTTAGE FOR THE ENTIRE HOLIDAY. The whole of Ruka's vast cross-country ski trail passes the border of the property. The snowmobile route also runs right near the cottage.

Year-round

In the summer, the mountain comes to life again. The over a kilometre long summer sled track offers speed for people of all ages. Cycling trails are evolving and expanding year by year. You can put the bike in the lift and get up the mountain to come back down the mountain paths or rent an electric bike and enjoy the rugged scenery of Kuusamo at a calmer pace.

You can take the Karhunkierros trail and the Valtavaara route from a few hundred meters away. Every fisherman's dream waters are within reach.

The rental price includes linen and final cleaning. The price does not include the warm water tub. Bookings start at 16:00 and end at 12:00 on the day of departure (also according to the agreement).
